live in complete acceptance of what is....
"in the life of dementia,
there are good days
and bad days,
you never know
what today will be.
live in complete acceptance
of what is,
adjust your method
and memories of love."

Impressions of the Charity Brunch on World Alzheimer's Day, September 21, 2019
On World Alzheimer's Day, a charity Tavolata in memory and importance of dementia was realised.
On Saturday, 21st September 2019 a brunch according to the credo "united at the table" was held in a typical workplace.
Everyone, and especially relatives of dementia affected persons and the concerned ones themselves were invited to this get-together.
A few words about dementia followed by a newly composed piece of music opened this charity event.
"For me, music is healing at all levels. Digesting the emotions and the feeling of joy...
and that's exactly what I want to share with the world through the composition."
Celina Anna Kintscher
Composer & Pianist
Since painting embodies a therapeutic activity, six art works were exhibited during the charity event.
Each of the different artists have created a piece of art - each in their own individual way, but always inspired by the common theme "dementia". These six pieces of art were published for the first time at the charity brunch and released for sale.
For this charity event, YS7D has created a “Capsule Collection” symbolising dementia by incorporating the inspiration of an affected person who, at some point, may no longer be able to recognise the current day as the disease develops.
Our experience with dementia and discussions with experts, doctors, dementia affected persons, but most of all relatives have shown that the interaction with children and playing are also supportive methods to slow down the development of the disease. In this regards, a raffle with 7 main prizes and various other prizes was included in the charity event.
Without the support of the location partner and main sponsor Emil Frey AG Garage Zurich Nord as well as Tutti Gusti, but also the nursing partner Tertianum and all other sponsors, we would not have been able to put together such a successful day, and for that we are deeply grateful.
We hope that this event and experience will be remembered for a long time ...
